Director, Financial Development
This person will be responsible for developing and executing fund raising plans to achieve goals in segmented fund raising activities. Must have knowledge of direct mail program strategies, execution, and analysis. This person would oversee and manage gift giving societies including solicitation and recognition programs. Ability to build long term donor relationships; supervise and motivate paid and volunteer staff; and manage budgetary process.
Must be proficient in computer operations- Raiser’s Edge preferred and have excellent written and presentation skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a minimum of three years experience in development, fundraising, and/or special events; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Director, Health and Safety Services
Provides leadership in planning, directing and evaluating all aspects of the Health & Safety program to include the planning and coordination of marketing for classes to corporate and individual clientele, collection and analysis of training data for use in effective program management and planning, directing and evaluating H & S services and programs throughout the Chapter’s three county jurisdiction to meet national standards of excellence, revenue generation goals and customer satisfaction. In addition, position serves as a resource for five other Community Chapters within the region.
Must possess a thorough knowledge of ARC Health and Safety programs and a proven track record. Must also have knowledge of and be able to successfully execute effective sales marketing techniques/strategies and sound business and financial principles. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, health education, sales or a related field; at least five years experience in the administration of similar service programs; and at least two years prior supervisory experience.

On Call Instructors
English and Spanish Speaking Needed
This position requires a person to conduct American Red Cross CPR and First Aid programs. Person must have strong communication, interpersonal, customer relations and organizational skills. Both English and fluent Spanish speaking Instructors are needed.
Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and able to lift or move 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Prior teaching and /or training experience preferred.

Position: Clerical

Objective: to provide clerical assistance and general office support, as needed
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general clerical support to include: filing, copying, data entry, coding of invoices
- Perform reconciliation for petty cash and inventories
TRAINING PROVIDED
